As a family-owned business, people are at the heart of everything we do, so your safety and health is, and continues to be, our top priority. 

We have put measures in place to ensure you can have a safe and enjoyable holiday in our properties.

We have signed up to the Visit England ‘We’re Good to Go’ policy meaning that we have completed a Visit England assessment, have a COVID risk assessment in place and that we are adhering to Government and Public Health England guidelines.

In addition to our already rigorous cleaning regimes our cleaning team are carrying out enhanced sanitising procedures between all visits using products specifically formulated to kill Coronavirus.

The Government rules in relation to Covid are constantly being updated and are therefore subject to change. We will do our best to contact all guests we believe are affected by the legal restrictions, however, it remains the responsibility of guests to ensure they are complying with the law.

If your booking dates are affected by national or local lockdown we will guarantee a refund of all monies paid, minus a £75.00 (seventy five pounds) admin fee. 

If you or your party wish to cancel for any other reason including catching COVID or having to self isolate we will not offer a refund or to reschedule as this could be covered by your personal travel insurance.

We request that any guests impacted by a lockdown meaning that they will be unable to visit, inform Winnow Barns Holidays in writing as soon as possible.
